2. Appointments & Cancellations
- Appointments must be scheduled in advance via our website or by phone.
- A 48-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
3. Payments
- Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements are made.
- We accept all major credit and debit cards, digital wallets, cash, gift cards, and select financing options.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
4. Refunds & Returns
- All sales for services are final.
- Retail products may be returned within 14 days of purchase in original, unopened condition for store credit only.
- Certain items, including opened products, injectables, prescriptions, gift cards, and promotional items, are non-returnable.

- Clients must provide accurate health information before receiving services.
